Return Policy

We do not offer RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Make sure you are certain about your items. We do not offer Returns/Refunds. Returns that are Abstract Bureau's mistake must be made within 15 days of your date of delivery. Abstract Bureau cannot pay for shipping on returned orders; Abstract Bureau will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs on any returns.

Returnable products, products that are Abstract Bureau's mistake, must be unworn, unwashed, not defective, and fit for resale. All original tags must be in their original attached form.

Products that arrived to you damaged must have suitable evidence for a return.

We work with a third party for printing and returns. Shipping returns may take 4 to 6 weeks. It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your bank statement. 

A Wrong Address that you provide will not warrant a return/refund. 

Unclaimed shipments will be returned to our fulfillment facility; Abstract Bureau will not be responsible for returns, refunds, or shipping unclaimed product to you.

Make sure your size, color, address, all buying information is correct. We cannot issue returns/refunds in these instances. This keeps costs low for our customers.

If the package shipped is marked delivered by the carrier, Abstract Bureau will not accept returns or issues refunds. Customers should communicate with the shipping carrier. We are not able to assist with filing claims with the shipping carrier. 

Lost shipping packages should be settled with the shipping carrier. 

Misprinted/damaged/defective products must have sufficient evidence and must have a submitted claim within 15 days of the date of delivery.
